We stayed in hotel 81 Bugis for 2 nights and the hotel was very clean, when first we enter the room little bit smelly maybe because our room has no window, but after we opened the door for 5-10 minutes, everything was great.The room is quite small, but still enough for us and our toddler. The hotel staff also friendly and communicative , special thanks to Ms Jovine and other staff , the location also very convinient , just 5 minutes walk to MRT , Thank you Hotel 81 Bugis

This is a budget hotel, but the smell of smoking was just too overwhelming

This is a budget hotel, in every sense of it. However, it is centrally located. closed to the commercial Bugis Centre, and walk to a few Metro Line stations and public transit. The hotel is basic; the room is small with private washroom (wet bathroom - toilet sharing with shower without separation). All these are expected at the time of booking, but the smell of smoking in this hotel was too much to bear that I had to check out after a quick shower. The management should enforce the no smoking rule to make this a more decent hotel.

Central location (reflects in the price) but the room is just so so. Also the property is quite dated and need some renovations. The room is quite small but has necessary amenities, TV, small sofa, wardrobe, small desk etc.
